How could coaching and organisations make use of Artificial Intelligence in people development? What are some of the pros and cons of using AI in this field? And, how can HR scale coaching services to a larger workforce using AI tools?

 In this online session, Dr Jonathan Passmore, Professor of Coaching and Behavioural change at Henley Business School, will explore the development of AI technologies and its deployment in coaching. He will review the latest research and identify the current strengths and weaknesses of AI tools and explore the ethical challenges they bring to individuals and organisations. After this, he will offer insights on how organisations might best leverage these technologies in 2025 and where the future may take us by 2030.

Jonathan Passmore

Jonathan is professor of coaching and behavioural change at Henley Business School and Senior VP EZRA Coaching (Adecco Group). He has previously worked for CoachHub, PWC, IBM and OPM. He has written widely with over 40 books and 250 book chapters and peer review articles on topics including leadership, change, mindfulness and coaching. His recent work includes 'The Digital & AI Coaches Handbook' and several articles on AI coaching technologies. 

Saara Karhula

Saara is the Business Director of Corporate Solutions at Henley Business School Finland and an Executive Coach. 

Saara is an experienced professional with a background in leadership and organisational development. She is passionate about developing people and human-centric leadership as well as identifying and developing growth potential for future success.
