Design Your Career module provides hands-on experience to help participants design their career by building a career path that is compatible with their personality type, skills, interests, values and passion. During this full-day module the students participate in a variety of career exploration and career construction activities, and develop an action plan that will assist them in pursuing and enriching their chosen careers.
Agata Mathiasen ( photo on the right ) is a Coach, Intercultural Facilitator, Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant and Psychologist. With more than 15 years of professional experience within HR and Learning & Development in a global setting, Agata designed the DYC module so it emphasizes to the Mini MBA students the importance of approaching each step in their career with design thinking mind-set: awareness and curiosity.
Through the Design Your Career module I would like to encourage our Mini MBA students to not only think their way forward but build their way forward. I believe that building a career is a lifelong journey and our DYC modules enable our students to succeed building their way forward. We focus on self-exploration, market discovery and finding the best possible job that suits each student. We support the students throughout the entire career design process – starting at knowing yourself, understanding the market and building strategy towards reaching their career goals and career fulfilment
