Description
What’s new in team coaching? Our team coaching model, Coaching by DESIGN, fuses key aspects of coaching and design thinking to deliver a different approach that encourages empathy, creativity and collaboration, and fits the times we are living in. We use the creative problem-solving aspects of design thinking to structure our approach.
In this practical session, delegates will have an opportunity to apply some of the techniques of our Coaching by DESIGN model to a hypothetical, yet important team issue in order to understand and experience the model first-hand and gain some valuable insights and practical takeaways.
Who Should Attend?
Practising coaches, HR/L&D professionals and those in leadership/management roles.
