The Financial Times Executive MBA Ranking 2020 sees Henley achieve strong positions for its diversity of students and faculty.

This year’s Financial Times Executive MBA Ranking, highlights the diversity of students and faculty which characterise Henley Business School’s EMBA, with strong positions in these areas.

As a business school which champions women in leadership, we are delighted to see Henley placed top of the table in the Scandinavia and the UK, No.4 in the world for percentage of women full-time faculty (48%), as well as second in the UK and in the world top 20 for percentage of women students (38%).

Henley also places third in the UK and No.13 in the world for percentage of international students (75%), and No.7 in the UK for international faculty (59%). The diversity of students taking up Henley’s MBA offering has been further boosted by the international cohort on our Executive MBA – Global, with two intakes a year, which includes overseas immersion study trips and the chance to work with NGOs/ charities and start-ups abroad.

When it comes to career progress, Henley is placed within the very top in Scandinavia, UK top 10, European top 25 and world top 50 (No.7, No.24 and No.46 respectively) – evidencing the quality of our programme content and careers and professional development service. The rewards of programme participants’ success are also reflected in high salary increases that graduates command three years after completing their EMBA – the FT calculates an average increase of 44%.

There are also world top 50, European top 30 and UK top 10 positions for corporate social responsibility, based on the proportion of core courses dedicated to CSR, ethics, social and environmental issues (No.46, No.29 and No.6 respectively).

Overall the ranking places Henley in the world top 70, European top 40 and UK top 10 business schools for the EMBA this year (No.66, No.32 and No.7 respectively).
