Description

Do you always seem to be taking steps that move you away from where you want to be? Ever wondered why? Defuse from those thoughts that hook you, accept what is, notice the story and do it anyway!

Based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and recommended by NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) in 2021 to help manage chronic pain, it is focused on the development of psychological flexibility. As a third wave cognitive behavioural approach, ACT allows you to live life in alignment with those things that are important to you, no matter how uncomfortable it might feel in the moment.

If you are interested in living a values-based life and want to support your clients to do the same, this session will help you understand and experiment with some of the basic principles of ACT coaching.

Who Should Attend?

All coaches or leaders who are interested in living a values-based life and want to support their clients to do the same.
