Are you seeking for an MBA program that allows you to balance your profession, family, and free time?

Flexibility with a Henley MBA

You can pursue a Henley MBA part-time while working as a management full-time. But how can you fit that into your schedule? Do you still have time for your family and hobbies?

It's difficult not to ask yourself these questions when thinking about an MBA. Even if you might need to schedule more time in your daily life and possibly arrange your time even more precisely than before, the content and, most importantly, the results of the education more than make up for this.

In fact, you'll discover that Henley Business School's MBA program is quite adaptable. Discover how adaptable a Henley MBA is and how other MBA students have handled their work-life balance to advance to one of the top and most challenging MBA programs by reading on.

Being realistic when beginning an MBA is the best advise I can give. Be realistic in your own personal aspirations as well as in your interactions with your family, friends, and coworkers. Because beginning an MBA is a significant event, it is crucial to inform them of what will take place.

How long is an MBA program?

Our MBA program at Henley is set up so that it lasts 21 months, including the final assignment. However, the training is broken down into three phases, each lasting seven months.

The provider and the MBA program determine how long an MBA will last. Since an MBA is a master's degree, it is often pursued in conjunction with one's current employment, as are the majority of master's degrees. In ECTS points, the length and volume of labor that must be put into education are stated.

60 ECTS points are typically awarded in a regular master's program. A Henley MBA offers 90 ECTS instead of 60 ECTS in this area, setting it apart from other master's degrees in management. In actuality, this implies that the program is more challenging and that there are more tasks to do, but as a student, you will also be stronger when you graduate because you will have received an MBA degree that is accredited globally. A flexible MBA

Henley has also included flexibility into the curriculum so that you can still find time for your job, your family, and your hobbies. As a result, you can complete the three levels of the course at your own leisure.

You have the choice to stop after each internship and obtain a certificate because each internship counts as a finished course. You can decide to take a break and resume your internship at a time that works for you. It is simpler to integrate the education into your employment and family plans because to the flexibility of a Henley MBA.

Of course, you can also choose to complete the three internships for the MBA in succession.

You have the choice to obtain a Certificate in Management, which is education in and of itself, if you decide to stop after stage 1.

Dividing the cost

You are not required to pay for your complete education up front at Henley. Three stages of seven months each make up a Henley MBA. One month prior to starting, each internship is compensated independently. Between each step, there is a break that you can take. Both in terms of financing and in terms of how your MBA course is structured, it can offer flexibility.

Positions in management and MBA studies

It's a good idea to organize your daily activities to make time for studying when you start an MBA. You should plan on spending roughly 12 to 15 hours per week on preparation in addition to the workshop days every four weeks. Because of how practical our MBA is, it begins by discussing the difficulties you face as a manager in your regular work for the organization. With a few exceptions, our workshop days are held in real-world situations because the instructional materials are both beneficial to MBA students and, more importantly, the employer.

As a result, you will factor in time spent at work since we base our training on real-world examples from managers like you. Additionally, we give you the option to customize the study plan so that the scope of each assignment is pertinent to your needs and the issues your business is now facing.

Taking a break from your MBA studies

It is possible to take a 7-year break from the Henley MBA. Each of the three stages that make up a Henley MBA can be interrupted with a leave of absence. This allows you the flexibility to organize your studies so that they complement your employment and family commitments. Therefore, you are not required to complete all three internships in succession.

You have the chance to try out the first internship before you push yourself into the remaining two internships if you are unsure of your ability to manage an MBA, both financially and in terms of time. You receive a diploma for each internship you successfully complete. As a result, you have the option to graduate with a Certificate in Management and a complete degree following the first internship.
