USERNAME & PASSWORDS
While studying at Henley Business School, your two main portals are Risis (adminstrative registration) and Canvas (Virtual Learning Environment). Please obtain your (one) username and password for accessing these crucial portals.
Furthermore, you will have access to Office 365 with this username and password.
Finally, you will get a Henley e-mail address, to which all formal information will be sent. By forwarding this to your normal e-mail address, you ensure that you are always kept up to date with important information. Please be mindful that it is always your own responsibility to have this pathway of communication updated.
MULTI FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA)As an intuition which takes its cyber security very seriously, we have enabled multi factor authentication on user accounts.
You are required to set up MFA the first time you log into your Office 365 account. This step is only relevant to those logging into the account for the first time. We instruct students to do this process upon collection of their username.
To do this, in your web browser go to https://office.com.
Please note: If you have another Microsoft 365 account, you may have to sign out of that first. Alternatively, you can go to the site in a private browsing session. Some companies also restrict employees to log into other O365 tenants so this may not work on a company device.
1
Sign in: Enter your sign in Henley email address and click 'Next'
2
Now set up multi factor authentication, click 'Next'
3
Now download the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile. Click 'Next'. If you do not have a smart phone, click I want to use a different method and follow the on-screen instructions.

On your mobile, go to Apple App Store or Google Play store to search and install the Microsoft Authenticator app
5
On the PC, click 'Next'

Multi factor authentication has now been set up. From now on, upon logging in, you will be prompted to Accept or Deny logins on your mobile phone.

STRENGTHSCOPE INSTRUCTION
As part of the Career, Leadership & Professional Development element of your Executive MBA (Global) programme, we will be using a tool called Strengthscope.
Strengthscope is the worlds’ most comprehensive and innovative cloud-based strengths profiling system that helps energise peak performance at work. It measures work-related strengths and helps people discover and optimise their strengths to perform at their best (to peak perform) and engage with their work.
You will be working with your individual Strengthscope profile during workshop 1, The Henley MBA Starter Workshop – Leadership Challenges in a Global World, and as such we would ask you to complete your online assessment as soon as possible prior to the workshop.
Once you have registered, you can complete your profile straight away, provided you don’t log out of the system. Please see details below of how to complete your registration to access the online assessment system:

If you would like to log back in and add any more raters, you can use the username and password provided by the system at any time.
