Manager's Retreat: A Masterclass in Curiosity

Manager's Retreat

10-12 January, 2025
Location: Mustion Linna, Finland

What is the Manager's Retreat?

The Manager's Retreat is a residential space that offers facilitated sessions for individuals who are passionate about the connections between lifelong learning, self-awareness, and professional excellence. In the company of others, the retreat is designed to help you better understand yourself and your purpose in life. You will work with a team of facilitators from Henley Business School, who will help you establish or renew your commitment to your personal development.

Our programme consists of two and a half days of reflection at a specially chosen location away from the distractions and business of everyday life. We limit the number of participants to ensure that there is ample time for reflection, discussion, and, most importantly, curiosity.

Who is the Manager's Retreat for?

The Manager’s Retreat is mainly designed around the needs of individuals who have completed the personal development module on the Henley EMBA, but is appropriate for MBA alumni in general and from any location, and for graduates of the Henley MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, and the Henley DBA.

When will this take place?

We will begin in the morning of Friday, January 10th, and close after lunch on Sunday, January 12th.

Two nights' accommodation at Mustion linna in 2-person rooms and all meals and refreshments, and sauna of course, are included in the fees.*

* There will be an option to book an additional stay and arrive on the 9th of January, for informal fireside chats, and a well-rested start on the 10th. Also, if you would prefer a single room, you may opt to upgrade for an extra 124 € (925 DKK) fee.
